Uptime and security monitoring on every plan. When a site goes down, the alert usually reaches us before the client notices.
Why we do not sell hosting on its own
Hosting without maintenance is how websites end up abandoned: still running, never patched, backed up nowhere. We host the sites we look after, so every site we host is watched, updated and recoverable.
And because everything is standard WordPress, leaving is simple. We hand over the files, the database and every login, and help you move to whichever host you choose.
We also host the custom software and automations we build, under their own monthly retainer.

Yes, after a free look at what is actually there. If it can be maintained safely, we take it on. Several of the sites under our care were built by someone else.
